My niece and nephew are visiting my parents for a week or so, and each time I ask them what they had for lunch, they tell me they had dim aalur bora. And each time I miss having those made by my mother. They are so amazing, I won’t even try to tell you how much! Go try them out, and you will know why I am so crazy about them!
2 Potatoes, boiled and peeled
Besan to bind
1/2 Onion, chopped finely
1 Green chilli chopped finely
Salt to taste
Oil to fry
How I did it:
1. Mash the potatoes and break the egg on them.
2. Add all the other ingredients, except oil and mix together. Add besan according to how much you need to bind it together.
3. Heat oil and fry the boras till golden brown.
